Speakers Confirmed:

DJ Summers is Common Sense Institute’s Director of Communications & Research Operations. He oversees CSI fellows and research staff, coordinates with partners, iterates and analyzes projects, and breaks down findings for the public, legislators, and commercial leaders. Prior to CSI, DJ attended the University of Utah and Syracuse University. He worked as a journalist, investigator, and political researcher across the U.S. from Washington, D.C. to Alaska. DJ has a drive to understand complex truths and make them clear and accessible to the public and its leaders alike. We look forward to hearing his economist outlook for 2026.

Michael Suggs, Managing Broker & Principal, NAI Highland is a Colorado Springs native, Michael Suggs brings more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in land and office transactions throughout the Pikes Peak region. Since joining NAI Highland in 2008, he has represented a wide range of clients, including landowners, developers, homebuilders, healthcare organizations, retailers, lenders, investors, tenants, and landlords. Michael’s leadership extends well beyond his brokerage work. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the Penrose St. Francis Health Foundation and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. From 2022 to 2025, he served as Board Chair of the Penrose St. Francis Hospital Foundation and as a Trustee for Penrose St. Francis Hospitals. His past community leadership includes serving as the 2016 Board Chair for Discover Goodwill of Southern and Western Colorado and as a member of the Goodwill of Colorado Foundation Board.

Michael holds a BS in Marketing from Santa Clara University. He currently chairs the Political Action Committee for the Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs and serves on its Board of Directors. His previous industry leadership includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Association of Home Builders and as Board Chair of the Realtors Commercial Industrial Society. In 2010, he was honored by the Colorado Springs Business Journal as a “Rising Star” for his professional achievements and civic involvement. 

Tiffany Lachnidt is a top-producing real estate agent with nearly 20 years of experience. Tiffany is the Team Leader at The Distinctive Group of Keller Williams Premier, bringing a personal touch to every transaction. With a proactive approach to selling, Tiffany ensures a seamless process for buyers and sellers alike.

Willy Holliday is an Associate specializing in Capital Markets and Multifamily Investment Sales in Denver, Colorado.
